We are over the moon with this fabulous colt, the first foal from our magnificent mare OLH PR Larkshill Mystique OLD. All this boy wants to do is canter, which perhaps is not surprising as his mama got a 10 for her canter at her performance test and his papa Secret got a 10 for his canter at the World Young Horse Championships. He has world class genes coming from the direct family of Fürstenball with Triple World Champion Sezuan in the mix. This colt seduces everyone he meets so we have called him Seductive!  We are super excited about his future.

Sire Secret
2019 Vice World Champion Secret had an amazing start to his career. Already Vice Bundeschampion Secret did especially well in the qualifier and the finals for 3-year-old stallions at the Bundeschampion in Warendorf.  He placed first in the Qualifier with a 9.00 and second in the Finals with a 9 for trot, walk and training, a 10 for canter, and 8.50 for confirmation.  The test rider awarded a 17 giving Secret a 62.50 overall. With the highest dressage final score of 9.5, Secret successfully completed his 14-day test. – Secret received in Schlieckau ; gallop 10.0, trot 9.5 and was rated in rideability by both the judges and the foreign rider with the highest score of 10.00. Secret is a son of triple World Champion of Young Dressage Horses, Sezuan.  Sezuan was also a champion at five, six and seven years old. During these competitions, he received scores of 9.5 and 10.0.  Sezuan was champion of his stallion test and received the high score of 10.0 ten times, a new record. From Sezuan's first crops Secret and Sam in Berlin have been licensed.

Secret's damline has produced a number of international performance horses such as Liebenberg and Top Gun, successful in Italy. Thirty eight approved stallions descend from this damline, including Aktuell, Christ, Sorento, Weltruf and Wildfang. Dam, Seline, is sired by St. Moritz, who in a short breeding career has sired many important sport and breeding successors. The third dam is sired by Rotspon and includes Argentan, Woermann and Lugano in her pedigree. Other standouts from this mareline include our very own World Champion -Lordswood Dancing Diamond! (owned in partnership with Lordswood Dressage).

Dam OLH PR Larkshill Mystique OLD
OLH Larkshill Mystique OLD is an extraordinary mare. Not only  does she has world class genetics behind her (coming from the direct family of Fürstenball), but has also already proved herself under saddle too. At her grading she was awarded the Oldenburg Haupt Premium title and invited to the Elite mare show at Rastede – a real honour as only the top mares are invited to this prestigious event. At her performance test she received the joint highest score in all of Germany for the Oldenburg breed with a 10 for Canter, 9 for Trot, 8.5 walk and Rideability 9.5.  At the Oldenburger Landesturnier she was crowned Oldenburg Landesturnier Vice Champion with an overall score of 8.7 with 9.5 for the canter! She was  selected to represent the Oldenburg Verband at the Bundeschampionate and she went on to be honoured with the OLD Suffix, awarded to the best Oldenburg horses which will promote the breed at high profile competitions worldwide!

Mystique comes from one of the best mare families in Germany.  Her dam Elite & PR ST Machita is from the direct family of Fürstenball and was bred by the late famous Georg Sieverding. In 2016 Pr St Machita was awarded Elite Status by the Oldenburg Verband on the basis of her exceptional offspring. With 2 daughters both getting 10’s for their canters and becoming Reserve Oldenburg Champions and being invited to the Elite mare show is not hard to see why! Machita comes from 3 generations of State Premium and Elite mares. This phenomenal mare family has produced more Champions and Premium mares than any other in Modern Oldenburg History. They produced not only the 2007 Oldenburg Licensing Champion Sieger Hit, but also the 2008 Oldenburg Licensing Champion Fürstenball and in 2009 the second Reserve Champion Hot Spot owned by Blue Hors stud as well as 2 other graded stallions! To breed a licensed stallion is a huge achievement but to breed one Champion after another is truly extraordinary. And it is not only the colts who do so well from this family, there are countless Premium mares, many of whom are also Elite and go onto produce Premium daughters.
